Shipping Terms

We ship artworks carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. All orders are processed only after payment has been received.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the moment the order has been shipped.

  • Finland: 3–7 business days

  • Europe: 5–14 business days

  • Rest of the world: 7–21 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, shipping carrier, customs processing, and other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, as well as the size and weight of the artwork.

Customs, Taxes, and Duties

For orders shipped outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, value-added tax (VAT), or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by customs clearance.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include clear photos of the damage and the packaging so we can assist you.
