1. General
These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through the Anna Mirjam (“we”, “us”, “our”) online store. By placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use this website or place an order.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The version published on the website at the time of purchase will apply.
2. Products
We sell original artworks, limited edition art pieces, and related art products.
Each item is described as accurately as possible. Due to the nature of art and digital displays, colors and details may vary slightly from what is shown on your screen.
Unless otherwise stated, artworks are sold unframed.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs are added at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.
Payment must be made in full before the order is processed and shipped.
Payment Methods
We accept payments through Shopify Payments.
Available payment methods may include major credit and debit cards (such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express), as well as digital wallets like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay, depending on your location and device.
All payments are processed securely through Shopify. We do not store or process your full payment details.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on the customer’s location and eligibility.
4. Shipping
4.1 Order Processing
Orders are processed within 7–14 business days. Each artwork is carefully inspected and securely packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
4.2 Shipping Costs
International shipping costs depend on the destination and product type. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on these factors. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
4.3 Delivery Times
Domestic orders:

Standard delivery: 7–14 business days

Express delivery: 2–3 business days
International orders:

Standard delivery: 14–30 business days

Express delivery: 7–14 business days
Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control (such as customs delays).
Risk of Loss
In accordance with Finnish consumer protection law, the risk of damage or loss transfers to the customer only once the product has been delivered.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and include clear photos of the damage and packaging.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Under Finnish and EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without providing a reason.
You must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery.
Return Conditions

The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

The customer is responsible for proper return packaging

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within a reasonable time in accordance with applicable law.
Original shipping costs are refunded only if required by law or if the return is due to our error.
6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Custom-made or commissioned artworks

Digital products or downloadable content once delivery has begun

Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
These exceptions are based on Finnish and EU consumer protection laws.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
If the artwork is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
In such cases, we will offer:

Repair (if possible),

Replacement, or

Full refund, including shipping costs,
in accordance with Finnish consumer protection laws.
8. Intellectual Property
All artworks, images, and content on this website are the property of the artist and/or Anna Mirjam, unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing an artwork does not transfer copyright.
The artwork may not be reproduced, copied, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages unless such limitation is prohibited by law.
Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights under mandatory Finnish or EU law.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by Finnish law.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the consumer may refer the matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board or a competent Finnish court.
Consumers residing in the European Union may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform. The ODR platform provides a way to resolve disputes without court proceedings. We are not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution, but we will handle complaints on a case-by-case basis.

We use cookies and similar technologies to ensure our website functions properly, improve your user experience, analyze site traffic, and support our marketing activities. Cookies may be set by us or by third-party services such as Shopify.
